Water Training
Information

Water Workshops – Great Saxham

These will be group sessions of up to eight dogs/handlers focusing on retrieves on and around the water and steadiness. Groups are set at varying levels. Please read the descriptions within the links.
If your dog has not entered water before, or needs their confidence building, please look towards the Basic water training sessions as mentioned below.

Basic Water Training – 1:1 & Joint Sessions – Near Ousden/Wickhambrook

For introduction to, and building confidence in a small area of water with gentle sloping entries – please read the description on the event carefully prior to booking.

You will be asked to specify whether you would like a 1:1 session (£50) or a joint session (2 x handlers, 1 dog each – £66).

Club Class Groups

These will run through the Autumn/Winter in place of the six week courses (below).
Attendees should have completed a minimum of the ‘Transition to Novice’ course, or have been assessed in 121 sessions.
Once registered the cost is £100 for six one hour sessions, however unlike courses, if you are unable to make a session, you will not forfeit the cost, but it will simply continue over to the next session. 

Each session requires a minimum of 4 people to attend in order to make it viable, so there may be the odd week that the lesson doesn’t run (this will not count as one of your paid weeks), or we may amalgamate two groups. 

A WhatsApp group will be created for ease of communication and a poll will be sent each week via WhatsApp to get a head count for the next session.
This will determine whether we have enough to run each session.
